Requirements
- 10 years experience in Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Knowledge of system configuration, patch management, backups, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, IP, firewall, and load balancing.
- Experience in system security, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening.
- Experience in capacity planning and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Effective communication and coordination skills when working with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, including system inventories and compliance documentation.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking or fintech environment.
