MOIA is hiring a (Senior) System of Systems (SoS) Security Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and record the scope, security significance, and expectations of the System of Systems and all connected subsystems.
  • Develop, manage, and refine the cybersecurity processes for the System of Systems, including required outputs, review points, criteria for approval, and release preparedness.
  • Lead the coordination and supervision of all System of Systems security initiatives, ensuring execution by relevant teams without direct involvement.
  • Produce, update, and distribute the System of Systems Security Status Report to ensure visibility for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive security documentation and evidence into a unified System of Systems Security Case.
  • Record decisions on accepted security risks and ensure full traceability throughout the lifecycle, including the transfer of remaining risks.
  • Ensure alignment of security activities across teams and functional areas to maintain consistency and close potential gaps.
  • Provide expert guidance on security matters to project teams and advocate for System of Systems security positions in governance settings.
