Responsibilities
- Manage corporate network systems including firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure with strong emphasis on security and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, mappings, and incident resolution records.
- Oversee both local data center environments and cloud platforms, including Azure-based infrastructure.
- Monitor IT systems continuously to ensure optimal performance, capacity planning, and system reliability.
- Contribute to strategic IT planning and drive initiatives that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Administer and support application servers across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across all systems and infrastructure components.
