Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to users through tickets, chat, and community forums.
- Identify and resolve issues related to n8n, including workflow execution, integrations, and performance.
- Work with the engineering team to escalate and address complex technical problems.
- Develop and update documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Spot recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance product reliability and user experience.
- Engage with the community by answering questions and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing engineering role (experience with enterprise support is a plus).
- Willingness to participate in a paid on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Solid grasp of workflow automation, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Passion for assisting users and improving product usability.

- Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
