Responsibilities
- attending client meetings
- managing materials and tooling needs
- verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation
- reviewing time and field reports
- working closely with the Project Manager
- helping develop Foremen and trade staff
- contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
- Requires experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team

- Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures desired
