Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and resources to support field activities
- Convey project scope and expectations to Foremen
- Enforce completion of safety protocols including job safety analyses and site inspections
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project progress
- Oversee procurement and availability of materials and equipment
- Confirm accuracy and completeness of daily quality assurance, quality control, and as-built records
- Examine timekeeping data and field activity reports regularly
- Collaborate directly with the Project Manager on execution and planning
- Assist in the growth and development of Foremen and skilled trade personnel
- Promote efficient, safe, and standardized project delivery practices
