Responsibilities
- Lead individual components of the AI Strategy Program and other cross-functional efforts by defining scope, guiding decision-making, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and manage operational systems for large-scale initiatives, including project tracking tools, risk logs, governance models, and recurring meeting structures.
- Assess incoming demands and competing priorities across the team’s portfolio to maintain focus on the most impactful activities.
- Create detailed financial models, business justifications, and return-on-investment analyses that are accurate, actionable, and designed for practical use.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, then distill insights into clear summaries and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Maintain performance tracking systems and KPI dashboards that link strategic goals to measurable business results.
- Develop board-level documents, executive presentations, and governance reports, ensuring both narrative clarity and data integrity.
- Act as a liaison for the Strategic Initiatives team in cross-departmental forums, fostering alignment and accountability without direct authority.
- Break down complex, uncertain challenges into clear problem definitions and structured options for executive review.
- Assist in executing the organization’s enterprise AI strategy, including vendor assessments, use case intake, governance operations, and pilot oversight.
- Help build and sustain the AI program’s foundational resources, such as knowledge repositories, intake workflows, risk frameworks, and operational rhythms.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with AI tools and contribute practical insights on how AI can create value across the organization.
