Responsibilities
- Lead statistical projects in close collaboration with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to meet high-quality standards, deadlines, and client requirements
- Offer strategic input during the initial stages of client projects
- Oversee and guide project teams through all phases of statistical work
- Engage regularly with external stakeholders via teleconference, email, and in-person meetings
- Play a key role in quality assurance by reviewing team members' work and delivering constructive feedback
- Support business growth by nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded service delivery
- Potentially supervise and mentor Statistician Interns

About the Role
The Statistics team delivers advanced statistical and analytical support across the organization, designing analysis plans and conducting data analysis using tools such as R, Excel, Stan, SQL, and BUGS.
