Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the organization's visual identity across all product interfaces.
- Set and maintain the standard for visual excellence throughout the platform.
- Lead forward-thinking design explorations and conceptual initiatives to advance the design system.
- Transform innovative visual concepts into reusable, scalable design patterns within a systemized framework.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Product Design, and Design Systems teams to align visual expression across product and marketing channels.
- Engage and persuade executive-level stakeholders using strong visual narratives.
- Create, evaluate, and iterate on prototypes before formal integration into the design system.
- Guide the integration of visual strategy into the overall design workflow and decision-making processes.
