Responsibilities
- Enhance the daily experience and output of engineers across the organization
- Establish the long-term vision and priorities for engineering tools and infrastructure
- Lead and maintain deployment and development tooling on Kubernetes
- Develop robust frameworks for testing both software and hardware components
- Offer hands-on technical assistance to engineers in different teams
- Support recruitment and scaling efforts for the engineering productivity team
