Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the long-term technical vision for a blockchain infrastructure platform, covering nodes, wallets, data indexing, and asset management, to enable new blockchain integrations, product expansion, and scalability under rising transaction demand.
- Design and enhance foundational systems such as node networks, indexers, wallet services, and liquidity components to ensure global-scale performance, resilience, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead comprehensive architectural transformations across multiple teams, translating complex, ambiguous challenges into structured plans with defined milestones and measurable results.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices across transaction integrity, cryptographic key handling, system recovery, and monitoring to ensure correctness and operational reliability.
- Use telemetry and observability data—such as transaction success rates, node uptime, indexing delays, and incident load—to detect systemic weaknesses and lead targeted improvements.
- Serve as a strategic representative for the platform in cross-organizational and leadership discussions, articulating technical decisions and securing alignment on high-impact initiatives in areas like yield generation and stablecoin infrastructure.
