Responsibilities
- Establish the foundational architecture for the company's agentic platform
- Lead the development of shared infrastructure including context APIs, tooling layers, policy enforcement, and audit systems
- Collaborate with product, data, security, and engineering groups to convert real-world use cases into scalable platform features
- Define benchmarks for system reliability, safety, scalability, and developer usability
- Offer technical guidance across multiple teams and help resolve high-impact technical decisions
- Develop logic for cost control and request routing to minimize expenses across multiple LLM providers
- Create automated evaluation systems to track agent reasoning quality and safety improvements over time
