Responsibilities
- Create detailed prototypes, interaction frameworks, and complete user journeys that clearly express product vision and align stakeholders around strategic goals.
- Turn qualitative and quantitative customer feedback from interviews, surveys, and usability tests into meaningful design direction, promoting deep user understanding across teams.
- Lead the development of design strategy for major product efforts, ensuring coherence with organizational objectives and strong alignment between user needs, business impact, and product evolution.
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to convert complex product requirements into simple, scalable, and intuitive user experiences.
- Produce polished, high-quality design solutions while advancing team-wide design standards through contributions to the design system, pattern evolution, and process improvements.
- Focus on systemic design thinking, actively using and enhancing an evolving design system to maintain consistency, scalability, and unified experience across the product suite.
- Stay informed about advancements in design, technology, and artificial intelligence, integrating relevant innovations to enhance product capabilities and user value.
- Articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to influence decision-making and maintain alignment across diverse teams and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with engineering during implementation to uphold design integrity, ensuring precision, usability, and attention to detail in the final product.
