Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape product direction using data-driven insights and structured decision-making frameworks
- Own end-to-end analysis for complex, high-stakes initiatives—from defining the problem to driving implementation of recommendations
- Develop models and analytical frameworks that balance trade-offs in risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer impact
- Design and assess experiments focused on pricing strategies and conversion rate improvements
- Break down intricate business challenges into clear analytical problems with defined success metrics
- Uncover product improvements, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities by analyzing large transactional and product usage datasets
- Provide data-backed recommendations to executives and influence product roadmap priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market to embed data into operational decisions
