Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape product direction using data-driven insights and structured decision-making frameworks
- Own high-impact, complex analytical projects from initial scoping to final implementation and recommendation
- Develop models and analytical frameworks that balance trade-offs in risk, pricing, conversion, profitability, and customer experience
- Design and assess experiments focused on pricing strategies and conversion rate improvements
- Break down intricate business challenges into clear analytical problems with defined success metrics
- Uncover product improvements, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities through analysis of large transactional and product datasets
- Present data-backed recommendations to executives and guide product roadmap decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-To-Market to embed data-driven practices
