Responsibilities
- Identify and frame systemic iOS issues that lack clear ownership.
- Define strategy, architecture, standards, and success metrics across teams and applications.
- Create prototypes, reference implementations, and critical paths to validate direction.
- Lead multi-quarter migrations and foundational initiatives through broad adoption.
- Establish durable practices for quality, testing, observability, release safety, and maintainability.
- Develop senior engineers and foster an ownership model that does not rely on you as a permanent bottleneck.
