Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of technical initiatives across multiple domains, aligning immediate objectives with long-term business goals.
- Define and guide key architectural choices and design patterns for system infrastructure.
- Provide technical mentorship and direction across engineering teams.
- Partner with executive leadership, product managers, and engineering groups to shape product and technology strategy.
- Design, build, and sustain robust backend services and public or internal APIs.
- Utilize and manage Azure cloud platforms to support deployment, reliability, and growth.
- Perform rigorous testing, identify bugs, and implement timely fixes to ensure software integrity.
- Monitor advancements in technology and adapt practices to maintain innovation and efficiency.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in alignment with industry standards.
- Enhance system performance and capacity to manage high-volume data processing and traffic.
- Keep current with developments in fintech, cryptocurrency, and backend engineering practices.
- Develop secure, crypto-native products enabling conventional financial operations like payments and fund transfers.
- Enforce software quality standards and architectural rigor across all project phases.
- Advocate for modern engineering principles including infrastructure as code, automation, and secure DevOps workflows.
