Cuningham is looking for a Senior Specifications Writer to take ownership of developing and managing project specifications across our multiple studios. This role is central to ensuring technical quality and clarity in our architectural projects.

What You'll Do

Develop comprehensive project specifications for architectural projects.
Manage and coordinate specification content across multiple Cuningham studios.
Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project design intent.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate specifications seamlessly.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Specifications Writer in an architectural context.
Strong understanding of architectural construction documents and detailing.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
