Responsibilities
- Leverage technical media expertise to support client teams and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
- Lead the planning, setup, and ongoing management of media campaigns, including quality assurance processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and issue resolution related to media platforms and execution.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks for clients and internal projects efficiently.
- Engage with peers to share insights and learnings from both internal and external sources.
- Implement media campaigns across Programmatic, Social, and Search platforms, including but not limited to specified channels.
- Use internal tools such as Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, and Workday to manage daily responsibilities and workflows.
- Stay informed about organizational offerings and identify ways to improve client service delivery.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level experience with at least two media platforms relevant to the team, along with a conceptual understanding of the media ecosystem.
- Ability to recognize and respond to clearly defined challenges, obstacles, and next steps.
- Proficiency in working with data, including identifying required inputs, accurately processing datasets, and analyzing results to detect patterns, anomalies, or key findings.
- Experience leading internal or external meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting notes, organizing materials, and defining action items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle individual tasks and larger initiatives while aligning with team priorities.
- High self-awareness and social intelligence, with the ability to manage personal stress and adapt communication for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience working in a professional environment with teams and clients.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a media-related role or setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Programmatic DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
- Familiarity with ad servers like Campaign Manager.
- Experience using social media buying platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, or Reddit.
- Knowledge of search engines and search management platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or SA360.

The Media Operations team specializes in hands-on digital channel activation, including tagging, trafficking, and media buying. The team ensures proper use of digital platforms to meet business and media objectives, maintains consistency and governance in platform operations, and supports campaign building, optimization, and reporting activities.
