Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis for monthly financial close, delivering clear explanations of performance variances against budget or forecast, and convert detailed data into executive summaries focused on trends, risks, and opportunities for North America, Middle East, and global operations.
- Serve as a primary financial contact for regional and departmental leaders, translating intricate financial concepts into practical business insights to support effective budget and workforce planning.
- Design and refine comprehensive profit and loss reporting across multiple dimensions, assessing profitability at granular levels such as client and department while ensuring proper alignment of global cost allocations and intercompany pricing.
- Create and manage API integrations with systems like Workday, Salesforce, and Greenhouse to streamline and automate financial data transfers.
- Develop advanced SQL queries in BigQuery to aggregate financial information across regions, enabling accurate and efficient actuals-to-forecast reconciliations with limited manual input.
- Ensure data integrity by reviewing financial models for logical consistency and accuracy, preventing errors or misleading information from reaching senior leadership and executive reviews.
