Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-end cuisine that consistently surpasses guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop creative and innovative menus.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure seamless kitchen operations during service hours.
- Adhere strictly to the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and dish presentation.
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff and apprentices in cooking techniques and recipe accuracy.
- Manage food costs effectively through portion control, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team for coordinated service delivery.
- Assist in monitoring payroll and supporting recruitment efforts with leadership.
- Coordinate with stewarding staff to maintain efficient kitchen support operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed to uphold culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
