Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, system design, and execution for large AI solution rollouts in collaboration with key national security partners.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on all company products and platforms, delivering in-depth expertise to shape partner strategies and enhance solution outcomes.
- Operate independently as a versatile software engineer, rapidly building, refining, and deploying robust full-stack code across DevOps, backend infrastructure, and advanced frontend interfaces to meet dynamic mission demands.
- Guide and mentor junior engineering team members in coding standards, system integrations, and effective customer interaction practices.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to interpret complex client needs and help shape the roadmap for new features and product development.
- Lead in-depth technical investigations and resolution of critical system issues to maintain reliability in high-stakes operational settings.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to oversee deployments, deliver expert technical guidance, and ensure operational success.
