Responsibilities

- Deliver platform configuration and integration support during onboarding phases
- Troubleshoot complex system behaviors and identify root causes
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and usage patterns
- Develop proof-of-concept workflows to demonstrate solution feasibility
- Document technical designs and implementation approaches for customer use
- Assist in the handoff process to customer engineering teams
- Participate in pre-sales discussions to clarify technical scope
- Maintain awareness of industry trends in automation and integration platforms
- Support the creation of best practice guides and reusable templates
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with platform updates
- Coordinate with support teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
- Present technical demonstrations to diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards
- Optimize workflows for performance and maintainability
