Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to expand and maintain client accounts
- Identify, analyze, structure, and manage execution of significant customer initiatives
- Participate in in-person customer meetings alongside sales when necessary
- Anticipate and resolve potential manufacturing obstacles, including design for manufacturability issues
- Monitor future customer plans and developments to align with platform capabilities
- Collect and interpret client feedback to guide sales approaches
- Support pre-sales engineering by gathering technical data and helping form accurate, competitive proposals
- Leverage customer, partner, and system knowledge to quickly meet client demands and guide projects to completion
- Lead project coordination and supervision on technically intricate opportunities
- Take full ownership of 3 to 5 major projects, managing them from initial discovery through execution
- Develop, structure, and present detailed cost analyses and statements of work
