Responsibilities
- Lead technical assessments with large clients to convert business goals around AI preparedness, data governance, compliance, and cost-risk management into scalable system designs
- Conduct live technical demonstrations, in-depth sessions, and executive briefings customized for various audiences
- Create and document system architectures for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments, including rollout phases and trade-off analysis
- Manage full-cycle proof-of-value initiatives, from setup and configuration to integration, testing, and impact evaluation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment, ensuring performance, accuracy, and quantifiable business outcomes
- Support customer transition from proof-of-value to full production through documentation, training, and scalability planning
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer insights, delivering structured input to product and engineering teams
