Responsibilities
- Collide with sales teams to assess customer needs and objectives
- Design tailored technical solutions based on enterprise requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations customized to client use cases
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and trials
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during implementation
- Provide input on product enhancements based on field experience
- Develop technical documentation for customer deployments
- Assist in crafting responses to security and compliance questionnaires
- Lead technical discussions during customer onboarding
- Evaluate system architecture for compatibility with client environments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of identity standards and protocols
- Participate in pre-sales activities across multiple industries
- Ensure solutions align with security best practices and scalability needs
Nice to Have
- Experience with identity governance and lifecycle management
- Certifications in cloud platforms or cybersecurity
- Prior work with identity federation at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized environments
