Responsibilities
- Articulate the long-term potential of the platform through compelling demonstrations and strategic presentations to clients
- Assist sales teams by answering technical inquiries and illustrating how the platform improves speed and efficiency in digital product development for both new and current clients
- Lead discussions around IT and security requirements during sales cycles, including responses to security assessments, RFIs, RFPs, and identity management topics
- Partner with product and support teams to identify gaps and advocate for security improvements that inform future product development
- Develop and expand technical sales strategies that connect customer needs with internal teams through meaningful dialogue
- Produce high-quality, engaging materials that enhance understanding and excitement about the platform for clients and internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine skills and deliver consistent, high-impact results
