Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to well-known global brands, engaging with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and executive teams.
- Serve as a strategic collaborator to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate product capabilities to build trust and confidence in the platform and team.
- Represent the company at regional events to highlight industry expertise and technological innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with EMEA-based colleagues across departments to ensure client success.
- Act as a key advisor to the regional sales leadership and lead initiatives when opportunities arise.
- Deepen expertise in customer engagement, mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, APIs, data analytics, and system architecture.
