About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the development and deployment of agentic AI platforms in demanding government settings. This customer-facing role combines deep technical expertise with operational insight, serving as the primary technical liaison to translate mission requirements into secure, scalable architectures. The ideal candidate will be equally effective in strategic discussions with senior officials and hands-on troubleshooting in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive technical architectures for AI and data platforms that meet government mission objectives, including operation in classified and resource-constrained networks.
- Act as the principal technical contact for government program offices, earning trust through demonstrated expertise and real-world operational knowledge.
- Translate user needs into technical implementations and serve as the bridge between customer stakeholders and internal engineering and product teams.
- Deploy and enhance AI/ML-powered software platforms directly at or near customer locations, managing outcomes from concept through live operations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business development to influence roadmaps, respond to procurement requests, and align solutions with strategic goals.
- Lead compliance with security standards such as FedRamp, IL4/IL5/IL6, Zero Trust, and RMF/ATO processes.
- Find and implement automation opportunities to minimize manual effort, increase system reliability, and improve scalability for better customer outcomes.
