ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Solution Sales Executive (Risk/Security)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a targeted sales strategy for a defined region, including a prioritized prospect list and account-specific plans.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives such as CISOs, Chief Risk Officers, and CIOs.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Solution Consulting and extended teams to deliver transformative demonstrations that highlight platform capabilities.
  • Stay current on market trends in governance, risk, compliance, third-party risk, operational resilience, privacy, and security operations.
  • Lead and manage risk and security sales opportunities while coordinating with core sales teams, partners, and other solution areas.
  • Generate new demand through direct outreach, customer engagement, partner collaboration, and participation in industry events.
  • Communicate proven customer success approaches to improve consistency and effectiveness in platform presentations.
  • Assist clients in developing business justifications and value-based implementation roadmaps.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects to create new sales pipelines and recurring revenue with minimal inside sales support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Oversee ongoing account relationships to ensure satisfaction and uncover expansion opportunities.
