Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture to deliver a consistent and seamless guest experience across touchpoints.
- Produce and justify key design decisions and solution documentation in technical review forums.
- Conduct design workshops with business teams and present architectural proposals in technical governance meetings.
- Guide and support engineering teams to ensure architectural integrity is maintained during implementation.
- Design a unified identity management system using Microsoft Entra to create a unified guest profile across platforms.
- Enforce security-first principles, including threat analysis, secure handling of credentials, and protection of personal data.
- Build cloud architectures aligned with the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework and Landing Zone models, clearly separating platform and application layers.
- Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (using Terraform), and deployment strategies that minimize service disruption.
- Ensure non-functional requirements for monitoring and tracing are met to support visibility across the guest journey in distributed systems.
