Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance backend systems that power search capabilities, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Implement core search and artificial intelligence features such as indexing, retrieval, and ranking to enhance accuracy and speed.
- Work with engineering, AI, and product teams to integrate intelligent search functions across the platform.
- Engage in performance monitoring and optimization to reduce query latency and resolve system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UX designers, and product managers across regions to deliver cohesive search experiences.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and adopt best practices in backend, search, and AI system development.
