Lead frontend development for enterprise-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and modern web standards. In this role, you'll shape technical direction, write clean and maintainable code, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security benchmarks. You'll work within agile teams to deliver impactful software that addresses real-world client challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement robust frontend architectures using React and state management patterns
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional features
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery
- Consume and integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL (Apollo) endpoints
- Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to OOP and SOLID principles
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal technical communities and knowledge sharing
- Support project estimation, technical planning, and client communication throughout the development lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with strong React and JavaScript proficiency
- In-depth understanding of component lifecycle, state management, and UI/UX best practices
- Experience with TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and modern build tools
- Familiarity with OWASP guidelines and secure coding practices
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and contribute to CI/CD workflows
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to AWS, microservices, or serverless architectures is a plus
Work Environment
