Responsibilities
- Architect and develop native desktop applications for Windows using technologies such as Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and C++ when necessary.
- Establish and uphold coding standards focused on application structure, efficiency, memory management, responsive design, compatibility across Windows versions, and long-term code sustainability.
- Ensure full accessibility compliance by implementing and testing support for Windows accessibility frameworks, including screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and focus handling.
- Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, quality assurance, and other teams to guide feature development, interface design, and strategic planning for the Windows platform.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from initial concept through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues including performance degradation, memory leaks, rendering defects, and system compatibility challenges, proposing scalable solutions.
