Responsibilities
- Create, build, and sustain complex web applications for end users with React version 18 and TypeScript.
- Drive frontend initiatives from initial concept through to live deployment, maintaining high standards for quality, speed, and schedule adherence.
- Design and execute frontend architectures that are scalable and easy to maintain, emphasizing reusable components and clean code practices.
- Build user-friendly and accessible interfaces that deliver consistent experiences across various devices and browsers, following WCAG guidelines.
- Improve application performance metrics such as bundle size, loading speed, and runtime efficiency.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to convert user requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Support and coach junior frontend engineers, promoting a team culture centered on collaboration and continuous growth in frontend development.
- Keep current with evolving frontend trends and technologies to drive ongoing improvements in application capabilities and performance.
