About the Role
This position is for a proactive and hands-on Senior Software Engineer who can balance technical excellence with practical solutions to support rapid company growth. Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Ruby on Rails, or a strong interest and ability to work with it.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, clean coding principles, test-driven development, and agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience with JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, or Python is highly valued.

What you’ll need
At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Experience in full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Ruby on Rails, or willingness to adopt it (experience in JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, or Python is a strong plus). Strong grasp of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile practices. Proficiency in English.
