Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the technical strategy and structure for essential trading systems, such as order handling, execution logic, and reliability frameworks.
- Lead extended projects spanning multiple engineering groups, guiding them from initial design to live deployment.
- Guide system architecture and code review practices to improve engineering standards and establish benchmarks for the trading technology stack.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design to ensure product goals align with long-term technical planning and roadmap focus.
- Influence the evolution of the trading platform by pinpointing high-impact technical opportunities and building alignment across teams.
- Strengthen engineering capability by mentoring developers at all levels and cultivating future leaders in trading infrastructure.
