About the Role
This position is for engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable owning end-to-end development of narrow-scope tools. The role emphasizes rapid delivery, cross-functional execution, and the use of AI to accelerate development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop compact, impactful full-stack tools from initial concept through deployment
- Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing iteration
- Collaborate within a small engineering pod to deliver solutions quickly with significant autonomy
- Quickly build prototypes and validate them with internal users
- Connect tools with third-party platforms, APIs, and internal systems
- Make practical technical choices suited to rapidly evolving tooling projects
- Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up coding, testing, and quality assurance
- Continuously improve, update, or decommission tools based on performance data and user feedback

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation
- Ability to leverage AI across the workflow (e.g., prototyping, debugging, test generation, QA, code review, security analysis)
- Experience combining AI with automation/orchestration to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Familiarity with modern AI-enabled development environments and practices
