Responsibilities
- Promote and apply core site reliability engineering principles across the organization
- Apply advanced site reliability practices consistently across teams and systems
- Foster a workplace culture centered on transparency, accountability, and service ownership
- Establish comprehensive monitoring standards for microservices, web and mobile applications, databases, Kubernetes environments, and machine learning infrastructure in a dynamic setting
- Enhance incident management processes both within the SRE team and company-wide
- Eliminate repetitive operational tasks through strategic automation
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — Remote, San Mateo, Columbus, Austin, NY
Other
- Team members are expected to operate across all U.S. time zones.
- The role includes quarterly in-person collaboration sessions lasting three days at company offices; travel expenses are fully covered for those who need to commute.
