- Develop and manage monitoring, tracing, and alerting infrastructure.
- Advance platform security initiatives to enhance system reliability.
- Lead incident response and recovery, including root cause analysis.
- Ensure platform and services operate with high availability and redundancy.
- Respond to system alerts and participate in on-call rotation.
- Optimize deployment processes for fast, simple, and safe code changes.
- Deliver a stable and scalable product platform to support efficient engineering delivery.
- Identify innovative methods to manage load and scale resource-intensive applications.
- Assist engineers in writing reliable code while maintaining rapid shipping capabilities.
