Responsibilities
- Help shape the evolution of the company's Site Reliability Engineering practices, particularly as the Warsaw team expands.
- Lead initiatives focused on system reliability across multiple layers, including infrastructure, tooling, and incident handling.
- Design and establish incident management procedures, contributing to the development of scalable response frameworks.
- Develop internal platforms and reusable frameworks that empower teams to enhance service reliability.
- Participate in and contribute to a balanced on-call schedule shared across global teams in Warsaw, San Francisco, and Reykjavik.
- Work extensively with technologies including AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Datadog, MySQL (RDS), OpenSearch, Redis, DynamoDB, Terraform, TypeScript, Scala, Go, and Python.
