Responsibilities
- Create custom applications, workflows, and solutions on SharePoint Online using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate.
- Tailor SharePoint components such as sites, lists, libraries, web parts, workflows, and forms to fulfill business needs.
- Build custom business applications using both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to address specific operational requirements.
- Design responsive user interfaces and connect them to data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365.
- Develop and manage Power Pages for internal and external users, supporting secure access and public-facing web portals.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate, including approvals, notifications, and document routing workflows.
- Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline repetitive tasks and integrate legacy systems.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
- Integrate Power BI visuals into Power Apps and Power Pages to deliver a unified user experience.
- Provide Tier II technical support for SharePoint and Power Platform, resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Manage SharePoint environments, including site collections, user access, permissions, and content organization.
- Monitor application and platform performance, identify performance issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Configure and fine-tune SharePoint forms, web applications, service applications, and search functionality.
- Manage application development lifecycles using CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Oversee development, testing, and production environments with structured release management practices.
- Guide junior developers and citizen developers in adopting Power Platform best practices.
- Work with IT and security teams to maintain compliance with organizational governance policies.
- Participate in code and design reviews to uphold consistent technical standards across IT projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect, assess, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
