Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, dependable systems that support essential operations, such as donor-facing platforms, direct payment delivery systems, and emergency response tools serving large global populations.
- Lead full lifecycle development of new features and services, covering architecture, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Enhance developer efficiency by improving continuous integration and deployment pipelines, minimizing manual processes, and expanding test coverage.
- Work closely with product, operations, and data teams to understand on-the-ground challenges and deliver practical tools that improve field program execution.
- Investigate and resolve live system issues across the technology stack, emphasizing root cause identification and durable solutions.
- Promote long-term code health through strong testing standards, clear documentation, and effective monitoring practices.
- Contribute to shaping the technical direction by prioritizing scalability, maintainability, and end-user experience.
