Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of secure, high-performance services in Laravel, balancing reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency, including AI-integrated systems
- Use artificial intelligence tools to speed up coding, testing, and debugging tasks, with strict validation to maintain code quality and system safety
- Provide guidance on effective and responsible AI adoption, including model strategies, prompt engineering, and privacy safeguards, while tracking risks and countermeasures
- Support team growth by sharing engineering best practices and AI-enhanced workflows, working closely with Product, Security, DevOps, and other groups on feature delivery and compliance
- Evaluate and test new technologies and frameworks, especially AI-related tools, while building automated compliance checks and strengthening system observability and resilience
- Investigate and fix critical production problems, conduct root cause analysis, and deploy sustainable solutions
- Participate in shaping long-term technical direction and architectural planning
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and refine testing and continuous integration/deployment processes
- Guide junior engineers with technical mentorship and constructive feedback
- Work with product, design, and support teams to deliver impactful features through close collaboration
- Enhance monitoring, observability, and incident management procedures
- Lead efforts to boost developer experience and overall system stability
