Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Python connector and SDK ecosystem, focusing on performance, stability, and intuitive API design
- Develop and sustain high-quality integrations with workflow orchestration systems such as Airflow, Dagster, and Prefect, as well as transformation frameworks like dbt
- Define and implement integration strategies for AI and large language models, enabling use in retrieval-augmented generation, machine learning pipelines, and data-centric LLM applications
- Participate in open-source community activities including issue triage, contributor support, user advocacy, and roadmap shaping through user feedback
- Work closely with product, cloud, and engineering teams to ensure integration efforts support overall platform goals
- Inform technical planning with real-world insights from data engineering and data science practices
