Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products.
- Own projects end-to-end, including responsibilities traditionally handled by product and design.
- Research competitors.
- Write product specs.
- Make wireframes.
- Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling.
- Build a generalized declarative filter architecture that compiles to SQL.
- Specc, design, and implement features like completing offer signing within Ashby.
- Talk to customers to understand requirements.
- Decide on technologies to use.
- Build prototypes.
- Work with other team members to integrate final implementations into additional features.
