Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, system architecture, and development for multi-platform product initiatives, emphasizing maintainability and consistency.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure technology decisions support business goals and user requirements.
- Coordinate engineering activities across teams to enable clear communication, effective planning, and smooth release cycles.
- Define and enforce standards for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and debugging practices across all platforms.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues with efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Support the growth of engineers through mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership development.
