Responsibilities
- Develop and release new features across the full product portfolio, working on both frontend and backend components
- Effectively integrate AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot throughout the development lifecycle and help define team-wide usage patterns
- Work closely with product and design teams to convert requirements into technical implementations that emphasize customer experience
- Evaluate user workflows, edge cases, and the impact of technical choices on end users, especially identifying areas where AI-generated code requires close human oversight such as security, payment accuracy, and rare scenarios
- Produce clean, well-documented, and test-covered code
- Engage in code reviews and pair programming to ensure code quality, share expertise, and improve team-wide AI tool adoption
- Troubleshoot live production issues and enhance system stability and performance
- Support the evolution of engineering best practices and help scale infrastructure as the company expands
