- Enforce security best practices in all layers of the platform
- Document system architecture and technical decisions
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in system design discussions and planning sessions
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Implement observability and logging solutions
- Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
- Evaluate new technologies for platform improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial data handling standards
- Drive incident response and post-mortem analysis
- Contribute to roadmap planning and technical strategy
- Promote engineering best practices across the team
