CESAR, an innovation and education center for nearly 30 years, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (PHP/Javascript). Your mission is to ensure product quality, promote team evolution, and acquire and share technical knowledge. You'll join a decentralized, relaxed environment solving complex problems for global-scale clients.

What You'll Do

Define architecture for applications and evolve the architectural ecosystem.
Define and facilitate the software development process, actively contributing to planning.
Contribute to building the team's technical knowledge by sharing knowledge and acting as a technical reference.
Promote total software quality in partnership with other project roles.
Anticipate and signal possible problems that may compromise deadlines.
Write elegant, testable, error-free, and documented code with unit tests.
Master and manipulate source code, including code written by others or outside standards.
Understand runtime behavior, identify and correct complex problems, and remove technical debt.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge in architecture, design, and development with PHP and JavaScript.
Knowledge in Relational Databases, Backend and Frontend Unit Tests.
Knowledge in Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and Git.
Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.

Nice to Have

Advanced English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Knowledge in EmberJS, Angular, or React.
Knowledge in Symfony or Laravel.
Knowledge in MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge in Log and performance monitoring tools.
